In my3sec, users can endorse other users by using a mechanism called Energy assignment. In practice, every user has a variable (see later) amount of Energy that he/she can allocate to some user. Consequently, each user will have a set of Energizers and a set of Enegerzied (like followers and following on social media) and the final energy score received by Energizers will give a hint about how much this work is valued by his network of peers.

Users can acquire more Enegergy to spend accordingly to different rules to be decided and also we can introduce a method to slowly burn un-assigned energy to avoid stagnation. Use this issue to discuss ideas or improvements.
