As per the changelog at https://github.com/intercom/intercom-ios/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md at least at some point macOS support was on the roadmap. I'd love to help make that happen. I open this issue to keep track of that effort on the flutter side as issues are not enabled on the intercom-ios repo.
