[Feature Request] outbounds with DualStack IPv6 sendThrough

Outbounds currently only support single IP address.
If you got an outbound interface with both, IPv6 and IPv4 address, than you have to configure in V2Ray 5.1.0 two outbounds and two routines or the connection will fail because bound to wrong unsupported IP version.
