Settings button not working

Holding the top right most hardware button does not open settings, and triple pressing the button does not allow brightness changes.

Hi there,

I just tested out to see if holding the settings button down worked, but it didn't. It must've broken at some point and nobody noticed until now. If you want to access settings, you can scroll down on the side bar and get to the settings menu there.

As for the brightness control, the UI for that broke at some point as well, You can still change the brightness if you press the settings button 3 times, then use the knob to adjust the brightness, and save the brightness changes by pressing the back button on the front of the Car Thing.

The brightness UI not appearing is already being tracked in usenocturne/nocturne-ui#37 , but I will leave this one open for the settings menu.
