Prefix the Redis environment variables with REDIS_ #498

At the moment the environment variables are named

  • DATABASES
  • LOGLEVEL
  • MAXMEMORY

These are not super great names to have at an environment level, and could end up causing confusion.

Proposed solution

Change the environment variables to be:

  • REDIS_DATABASES
  • REDIS_LOGLEVEL
  • REDIS_MAXMEMORY
