Requirement attributes are displayed without being included

Hello,
I'm currently in the process of implementing Sphinx-Needs for requirements management in my company and using it as part of our documentation.
I have a small problem if anyone can help me.

Currently, when I generate the HTML file, the attributes ":jinja_content:" and ":delete:" are displayed, even though they are not included in the .rst file.
What makes the whole thing even stranger is that for another colleague who generated from the same environment, these attributes are not displayed in the HTML, even though no personal adjustments were made.
