Objective

  • Define preliminary boundaries/expectations/assumptions for Consortium (MVP)

Open Questions

  • Does it only focus on governance of content, does it focus on how the whole program is administered and operated, etc.
  • For this specific one year contract, how far do we want this to get (which phases will be included: discovery, design, development, launch)
  • What questions do we need answered to inform the design of the consortium?

Approach

  • Schedule meeting to define "boundaries" of the consortium

Outcome

  • Consortium scope is defined, documented and shared

Closing this item per the initial meeting. Added Issue #247 (re: initial charter development) and #248 (re: interview plan development)

Will transfer interview recommendations to future interview issue as direction to get started.
