Expected behavior

After downloading and installing UO with the new Linux .deb file for v0.13 (located at http://urbanopt-cli-installers.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/?prefix=0.13.0/), expect uo -h to show UrbanOpt CLI version: 0.13.0.

Actual behavior

Instead seeing UrbanOpt CLI version 0.12.0. Did the previous version 0.12.0 get uploaded by accident?

Additional context

Created a Docker image based on Ubuntu 20.04 and installed this .deb file in there.

@pemami4911 What processor architecture is your computer? ARM or Intel? Docker containers use your local machine's architecture. We've not gotten the ARM bugs sorted out yet for Linux, but it is in process.

Hi, my laptop has an Intel processor. I built the image for a Linux architecture using --platform=linux/amd64
