Implement and integrate a calendar for the chapter page

I have some doubts regarding this issue,
1] What do you exactly mean by calendars should have last day to register and event dates markings
2] Do we also have to style the calendar or just integrate it without any styling
3] In which Page do we have to add the calendar in ??
It would be really great if you help me out with this so I can start working on this ASAP

To answer your queries :-

1. Calendar should have the dates for when the event is going to take place highlighted by a circle or something so that it can be identified by everyone.
2. You have to style it as well
3. Calendar would be added in all pages (as shown in the ui) so it would become part of the base code.
