change default interleave for GTiffs to `pixel` #380

this line: https://github.com/ungarj/mapchete/blob/master/mapchete/formats/default/gtiff.py#L79
to "interleave": "pixel" to be more COG friendly

maybe also use the COG driver (without overviews) for tiles
