Improve the story manager

As of now, the story manager allows entering items to be given freely to users. This should rather be a drop-down where people can choose items to be given. Alternatively, we should redirect users to a code generator for copy-paste

Further, we should have some kind of check that a story cannot be activated before a user tested it successfully.
