[Mantis] Error when user has no access to any project

Thank you for submitting the bug. The project is still beta. But if you like you can add the enhancement.
In this file the call is made > https://github.com/uncinc/layer-notes/blob/master/src/scripts/background/mantisApi.js#L106.
The only check is done if there is no error. There should be a fallback if there are no projects. (Now there is only if there is one project or more.)
