New MobilePay SDK

MobilePay has released a new SDK, which means this plugin is currently unusable. I have so far fixed it for Android, and iOS is waiting for internal testing. You can see my progress on Android in my fork. My colleague will push for iOS later.
If this works and I make a pull request, would you review and merge it, and then update the cordova plugin? I'd love to help out others who use this, and you guys if you still use it, but I don't want to waste my time 😛

I talked to a PM at mobilepay when this was written and gave them a long list of issues, but they didn't seem too keen on fixing them

Haven't looked super much into it, since my main focus is just getting the apps to work right now. But I did notice they mentioned float/double changes in release notes:

Fighting with mac and ios now, and a 4 hour timeout from adding an account to the new mobile pay installation on the iphone, wish me luck 😬
