Missing language codes from ISO 639-1 #7

When you compare data against ISO 639-1 list there are some missing languages. And I notice this being an issue in flutter-localized-locales. Readme states that repo supports ISO 639-1 but in this issue it shows that It doesn't. Can we add missing codes? i can give a list of missing codes :D

Anyone can build the list and get it updated. I will review and merge the changes.
