Add option to enable/disable qualifier classes in context algorithm

Describe the feature
For the context algorithm, it would be nice to configure it to enable/disable certain qualifier classes (e.g. presence, temporality). This would also help integration with transformer-based components.

A use case for the feature
Any time you want to use context algorithm for certain qualifiers, but transformer-based components for other ones.
