updated example illustrating bug here: #30

repro steps (using npm local-web-server):

  1. from root of repo, build by running: ./examples/nested-files/build.sh
  2. cd _website && ws

I thought it was a large audio file (which is still good to have as a test case, I think), but turns out that .m4a files were handled incorrectly and I don't think any of those files would have played

reopened: #26 -- need to think about whether this new info changes our choice of crates (prolly not, but may be that additional refactoring is warranted)
