Hi there! Thank you for providing this GHA 🙏

Node 16 is becoming deprecated, see https://github.blog/changelog/2023-09-22-github-actions-transitioning-from-node-16-to-node-20/

Just like the previous jump to Node 16 in this project, there would need to be an update to this GHA to allow continued use.

I'll open a PR for this change but I haven't contributed to a GHA before so would appreciate some guidance!
