We will need additional information.
Maybe you can add screenshots / logs if possible ?

Can you tell me where I can find logs?

Hi @stdfloat, thank you for reporting this issue!

The easiest way to get logging is to open a terminal and launch the App Center by running snap-store. Logs will then print to the terminal. Could I ask you give this a try and walk through the steps to reproduce the issue and post any errors you see?

Hi @matthew-hagemann. I hope these are logs.

Hi @stdfloat,
After launching the App Center with the command line, as indicated by Matthew, you need to go to the page where the missing pictures are, so that the App Center hopefully log the error.

Do you mean page in App Center? If yes, I went but still pictures aren't visible.

Oh OK, so there are no logged errors.

@stdfloat ah thank you, that is correct. Unfortunately we don't have the level of logging we would like yet, and it is something we are hoping to change in the near future to help in situations like this. We will have to revisit this again a little later, apologies 🙁

I'll flag this as a bug in the mean time so we don't lose track of it!

Could you try deleting the cache (~/snap/snap-store/common/.cache/) and see if that resolves the issue?

Will something bad happen when I delete the cache?

No, you can safely delete it - it will be re-populated when you restart the app.

I delete .cache folder and opened App center still photos aren't visible. And .cache folder re-populated like you said.
