We had to disable translations for the Kabyle language here since there's still an issue with three letter language codes in Flutter (see canonical/ubuntu-desktop-installer#520 and flutter/flutter#92818)).

I was able to make it work locally following flutter/flutter#60632 though, so I'll open an issue and submit a PR for the flutter tools.

Unfortunately the upstream issue in Flutter hasn't been resolved yet and I didn't get the chance to work on this myself
