Default Options

Add support for default team and default channel to send message to.
This makes commands shorter.
E.g. if you usually send your messages to Team1 to #general channel then you could enjoy sending your messages with simple command:
slack-message "let's go to lunch"

Also first team (token) and channel you enter becomes default but you can also change the default later with additional commands.
