I've observed that some mentors prefer to stay anonymous(not wanting their company to know about this and also not wanting to have a photo and the real name public).
We should introduce a Mentor Incognito/Anonymous box in the Mentor Profile for those who want to stay anonymous.
We should also allow the possibility for an anonymous profile to skip LinkedIn,Picture(maybe have a default one), Company Name.
