Describe the bug

The modal and the modal overlay don't expand (stretch) to fit the entire available screen

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open request mentor modal on mobile or use built-in chrome responsiveness feature to test on different devices

Expected behavior

The modal background overlay covers the full screen.

Actual behavior

The modal and the modal overlay don't expand (stretch) to fit the entire available screen
