Caching prevents codes from being activated on different platform #35

I would have thought issue #11 would have dealt with/fixed this, but I ran this for steam, then again for epic, and it simply skipped all the codes saying they were cached. I had to edit the config file and remove them to get them to even attempt to activate on epic.

Actually, I see that the referenced issue associates the codes with the redeeming account, not platform. So essentially, the same thing should be done but with the platform.

This is a great suggestion. It'll take quite a bit of reworking of the get package functionality as well as the caching and redeem, but should be doable. If you're feeling frisky I can outline some suggestions for where to start tackling this.

P.S. You can leave out the --game filter and it will redeem for all platforms you own, saving the hassle of having to run it twice.
