Creating compendiums is easy, but it's not straightforward to add them to the system itself. Basically here is all you have to do to add items:

  1. Create the item (I usually create an item folder for a compendium category, like "Epic Feats", just to keep things organized)
  2. Go to the relevant compendium and unlock it if it isn't already
  3. Add the item by dragging it into the compendium.

That's pretty much it. To set the image for the item, just click the image and pick one from somewhere. You want to keep them with the images that already exist, or create a similar folder structure, or otherwise I won't be able to load them into the module. Note, the process above will NOT add the compendium to the system, it will add it to the world, but I can use that file to add it to the system. BACK THE COMPENDIUMS UP when you finish them, because foundry has a bad habit of deleting them if you mess with them in certain ways.
If you think it's a good idea, this could be a separate module, but I don't think it matters much.

Compendiums that could/should be added/improved:

  • Epic Feats
  • Gear - this exists, but is missing some items.
  • Bestiary - exists, but is missing most/all MBC creatures (such as the ones from Eat Prey Kill).
  • Not a compendium per se, but there are a lot of random tables that could be added.
  • Magic Items for MBC.
  • Some MBC classes have been added, but there are more. This is kind of a slippery slope, we probably don't want everything, but the stuff on the MB website would be good (like forlorn philosopher).
  • Add anything else you notice missing to this list.
