[bug] "Rearrange linked attachments" does nothing

Hello,

No matter where my current linked images are, when running any commands like Rearrange linked attachments, I’m notified it’s done but the linked images has not been moved or renamed. How can I debug to know what’s happening ?

I have similar issue. "Rearrange linked attachments" works fine, but "Rearrange all linked attachments" does nothing and no messages or errors are printed to the console..

update: I've fixed my case. here is the PR #157
it will most likely fix all mentioned above.
