[Feature] option to hide 'close tab' buttons

It would be nice to have option to hide 'close tab' buttons (maybe make them appearing as overlay on hovering particular tab?)

It's easy to implement appearing and disappearing all close buttons on hover. But due to some circumstances it's very hard (I don't know the way to do it without significant performance impact) to implement appearance of only one button on hover. If the first variant makes sense I can do it.
