Since #5173 mistetoe exposes line numbers, so this should be used as location in md2po.

@anderskaplan Maybe you have prepared for this already?

PS: Without miyuchina/mistletoe#206 there is no way to get reasonable location for span tokens.

I have not, but I believe it should be quite straightforward. The html2po tool does almost exactly the same thing.
