@eladcandroid is correct. There should also be a command with wget, since it is a requirement (and I don't want to intall lynx just for downloading files).

I used:

curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/transcode-open/apt-cyg/master/apt-cyg > apt-cyg

I just saw #99 I hope I did not open a can of worms with my curl sample command ;)
