Rating pop-up doesn't appear

Expected Behavior

When I finish watching an episode, a pop-up appears so I can rate the episode and it syncs back to Trakt.tv as watched with my rating together with it.

Current Behavior

The pop-up window doesn't appear. The episode is not synced back as watched to trakt.tv. However, if I force the sync manually, it appears as watched in Trakt.tv... but the episode appears as watched in ~1h (sorry I can't see the exact time, the app says that). So I haven't watched the episode yet.

Possible Solution

I believe the problem comes from the timezone. My timezone is Madrid, in summer time, which is +2. And probably trakt.tv is looking at UTC, not at my current timezone configured in Kodi.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Set your timezone as Madrid
2. Watch an episode of a tv show
3. The pop-up won't appear, as it should
4. Sync manually
5. The episode appears as watched but in about 1-2 hours.

Context

I would say this is a mid-level issue. It's not a blocker, I do sync my episodes, but I can't rate properly any of them with the pop-up and I have to force syncs.
