I noticed today that corsproxy.com seems to have gone away.
It'd be nice to be able to configure the cors proxy url as @paulmr suggests in #43, but in the meantime, at least for the aptivate hosted instance, maybe we should change the hard-coded url to use https://crossorigin.me/ ?
