Saving to map settings to server

At the moment, the map settings (map layer, viewable vehicle attributes, etc...) (I'm talking about the modern interface), seem to be saved locally.
It would be nice if this saving was on the server so that if accessed from multiple computers, the settings would be the same.
There also needs to be a way to create settings that are valid for all users on the server
