slot插槽自定义tree node元素 #56

目前自定义tree node元素是需要在setting.view.addDiyDom传一个方法进去，根据当前tree node的data模型动态生成html，此过程为原生js，如果能支持到传vue组件作为tree node就很完美了，用一个slot自定义tree node元素
