When I ran LSD with a simple command using unrooted tree:
~/software/lsd-0.3beta/src/lsd -i example.phy.treefile -r a -s 1998
LSD crash with
Reading the tree 1 Segmentation fault: 11
Please find the tree file attached.
Any idea what happened?
Note that if I supplied an outgroup file (attached), everything works fine:
~/software/lsd-0.3beta/src/lsd -i example.phy.treefile -g example.outgroup -s 1998
