After each HA restart there is a problem with detecting presence. The system correctly detects the presence of only phones that are logged into the wifi network at the time of restart. Phones not logged into wifi at the time of HA restart are detected as present and absent approximately every 3 minutes. See two pictures attached. Adam was connected to wifi when HA restart, Ewa wasn't connected to wifi when HA restart.
How to reproduce the issue
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Take 2 mobile phones on which presence detection is based
switch off wifi in one mobile phone
do restart of HA
switch on wifi on second mobile phone and connect to wifi
wait 5 - 10 minutes and see in HA how the second mobile phone is visible
