Describe the issue

After each HA restart there is a problem with detecting presence. The system correctly detects the presence of only phones that are logged into the wifi network at the time of restart. Phones not logged into wifi at the time of HA restart are detected as present and absent approximately every 3 minutes. See two pictures attached. Adam was connected to wifi when HA restart, Ewa wasn't connected to wifi when HA restart.

I have never seen such issue, we may need to capture it in debug.

Also, can you fill in "Software versions" section?
