What happened?

I am labeling this as a bug rather than a feature. I contend that Export is far to limited as is Copy as Image. Most diagrams or drawings, when grouped or selected as a group, be exported or copied to an image without the backdrop. Tossing the background with the image when you already have the objects that compose the grouping makes little sense. Most diagramming tools (which I understand this is not) ensure proper export with options to omit the background thus making the image far more beneficial. Easiest is to rasterize to a PNG with no background.
