In this release the pydantic BaseModel is used instead of pydantic.dataclasses.dataclass. This affects a lot of code, but shouldn't have any effect on the API. (but please report any issues!)

also:

• fixes a bug when using a local prefix for the OME namespace (#91)
• makes sure that all Unit* enums are available in the pint ureg, which is now public at ome_types.ureg (#82)
• adds py.typed for pep 561 compliance (#83)
