Please add *.ms as extension as well, for MicroScheme #11

Can you please add *.ms in https://github.com/sjhuangx/vscode-scheme/blob/master/package.json#L43 so that vscode-scheme can work "out of the box" for https://ryansuchocki.github.io/microscheme/ sources as well? Thanks!

The workaround is to edit .vscode/extensions/sjhuangx.vscode-scheme-0.4.0/package.json locally.
