a way to sort or drag bookmarks #53

Currently the bookmarks are presented in alphabetical order of the file.

Would be nice to drag them to whatever order the user wants.

And a lightweight change that can accomplish a lot of custom ordering: different sorting of bookmarks:

a-z
or by creation time
or modification time.

Modification time is nice because you just change the comment to move its place in the sort order.

very much need to sort bookmarks to keep track of a 'flow' of changes I need to do..
