More out of the box template pages?

While the current repository advertises itself as a blog template, it can be easily extended for other purposes. Would you like to see the project extending to more use cases? We can create additional pages such as:

• newsletter
• documentation
• contact us

as well as additional variations on the current blog and landing page

On initialization, a user can choose the pages he wants and the right template will be generated. This way we can support personal blogs (the existing template), business sites, saas sites etc. all building upon the same core set of tools (next.js, tailwindcss and mdx). We should then rename ourselves create-next-project or something more generic (create-next-app is taken).

Of course, it's a lot of work involved, so I am also looking for more volunteers to contribute if we were to keep this thing as a free open-source project.
