Terminal colors don't seem to work on Windows Powershell #30

I tried to run ndc on windows and it seems to work fine except for the error messages by miette those look strange in both powershell 6 and 7.

I Installed Alacritty on windows which seems to render the output correctly.

Note: that terminal colors do seem to work as I'm typing but just the miette errors look bad.
