Unrestricted license agreement for the use of digital data of the
2016 land use mapping, compiled by the CMM

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the CMM grants the Registrant
license a non-exclusive license, without any fees or charges payable, and the right
to exercise all Intellectual Property Rights in the Data. This includes the
right to use, incorporate, grant user licenses (with subsequent rights
to license, modify, improve, develop and distribute
Data and to manufacture or distribute Derivatives from or for the use of the
Data.

3.1 The Licensee shall identify the CMM as a data source when
any part of the Data is redistributed or included in a Derived Product. The mention the reference
"© Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal, 2016" must then clearly appear on
said derivative product. The use of the Data is in no way
recognition of a Derived Product by the CMM.
