When a PC Engine instrument using samples is exported to a .vgm, all volume controls on it are ignored. This is in spite of sample instruments having working volume control in Furnace.
Tested with both pre and post-rewrite VGMPlay, so I'm pretty sure this is a Furnace export issue. report.zip
