[Suggestion] Custom deflault instrument names

What I'm thinking of with this is being able to go into the settings and then into a menu called 'Default instrument names' and then being able to change the default instrument names on a per-system basis (or maybe have an option to do it on a per channel type (eg. fm, psg, sample) basis).

These changes would be applied to all channels when you create a new module, and applied to new channels when you add a sound chip into the currently opened module.
