is there a way to export layouts? and keyboard shortcuts

There's the layout.ini file for the layout, so it's a matter of just copying that (the layout.ini.1, layout.ini.2... files are backups, so no need to worry about them).
As for keyboard shortcuts, there's the keybind_ entries in the furnace.cfg file, but you'll need to manually copy them from insdie the file, I believe.

Also: remember to do these with furnace closed to be certain that it's saving and loading properly (or else your changes might get overwritten when furnace closes).
(Oh yeah, I'm not sure where these files are stored on windows, but on Linux it's at ~/.config/furnace)
