I might've already proposed it here, but you could crudely replicate it with an X1-010 or another system that can do 8-bit 256-length waves and at the same output fidelity as the original MCMS. The MCMS is an obscure 16-voice wavetable synth for the Apple II in the form of 2 expansion cards, and the stock software uses additive synthesis to generate the waves. Emulation for it is probably only in MAME. A key point of the MCMS is that an instrument can use a number of oscillators, meaning it uses 3 voices if 3 oscillators are assigned. The different OEMs like AlphaSyntauri and Passport Soundchaser have differences like the volume envelopes and the number of oscillators per instrument.
