“Subscribed to [xx] interests (edit)” is a confusing label

On the “Your interests” and “Your announcements” pages, there’s a link in the secondary nav with a label of “Subscribed to [xx] interests (edit).”

This is a confusing label because it’s a link to the Interests page, which lists all Interests, not just the one’s I’m subscribed too.

This potentially dovetails with #657 - as a potentially confusing label may prevent people from discovering all of the interests.
