Currently, HTTPS support is built such that the certificate files and modified nginx config are written directly to the “compose” folder which means that they get overwritten when an upgrade is triggered via the install.sh script. I need to instead allow a user to flag for HTTPS and import the proper certificate files into the compose folder rather than having the user write the files there him/herself.
