High CPU usage/Not responding with Safari #90

I don't know why but especially after the computer wakes up from sleep Shifty may stop responding because of high CPU usage. From a sample it seems to be stuck responding to accessibility events which seems to be fired non stop?!?! I really have no clue....

I actually have a fix for this in my own branch https://github.com/choco/shifty but it also contains changes to AXSwift, so I'll need to open a PR there, do some more cleanup and finally bring it here. Just a little overwhelmed at the moment.

On the bright side it works extremely well, here's the build I'm currently using if anyone fells adventurous.

Would like to bump this issue. @choco's diagnosis and solution seem to work on Catalina.
