- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 20 shrimp, peeled & deveined
- salt & pepper
Preheat grill (or grill pan) on high.
Mix first five ingredients in a bowl.
Put shrimp on wood or metal skewers. Sprinkle the shrimp with salt and pepper. Place on grill and brush with the honey mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip. Brush with honey mixture again, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from grill and serve!
