- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp
- 5 cloves garlic
- Several tbsp white wine
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- Feta
- Olives (preferably kalamata)
- Pasta
Cook shrimp in olive oil, garlic and white wine until pink. Remove shrimp.
Add tomatoes, spices and a bit more wine. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Cook pasta.
Mix shrimp, sauce and pasta. Top with feta and olives.
